Sizing Guide
There are 2 ways to use our gift cards:
1. By purchasing our gift card, you may send your loved ones a unique code which they can use at our online shop. When the code is used at check out, the amount you purchased will be subtracted from the total of the order.
The order will be sent to your loved one with with a gift pack and we may include a note from you. (If you want us to write a note, please type it in the "note to sender" part during your check out)
2. You may also ask us to prepare a gift box for your loved ones in the amount you chose to purchase. Please leave us a note at the check out indicating that you want us to prepare the gift box. We will call you and guide you through a beautiful gift!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
You may pay with credit card (up to 12 installments available) or bank transfer.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping:
After we receive the payment, your order will be prepared and handed to the shipping company within 2 working days. We will do our best to help you with urgent orders, so please contact us via e-mail (hello@little-yucca.com) in such cases.
We offer local FREE SHIPPING for all orders above 3.000 TL.
Returns & Change:
You may return every purchase within 14 days after you place the order. Please send us an e-mail to hello@little-yucca.com including the details of the purchase you want to return and the reason why you want to return it. The full cost of the purchase will be refunded if the product is unused, unwashed and re-saleable. The return address is Little Yucca Magaza, Fenerbahce Mah. Mahur Sok. 4-6, A-B, Kadikoy, Istanbul, Turkey. Once we receive the package and inspect it, we will refund the item cost to the account you used during your purchase.
